Personal sending groups
Saving a group selection when sending plans and documents saves a lot of time, if a certain number of participants is required repeatedly.
Group selection by role
The role selection makes it possible to select all participants in a role with just one click when sending plans or documents and for the document vault. Plus, the participant selection is now more clearly laid out.
Importing participants
By adding participants, data no longer needs to be entered twice. Simply click the link “accept participants from another project” in “invite new participants”, select the desired participant, and invite them to current project.
