In two construction phases, the GS SCHENK Group is building one of the largest residential construction projects in the whole of northern Bavaria with a total investment volume of over € 100 million and a subsidy of around € 26.3 million from the Free State of Bavaria.
The buildings fulfil the highest energy standards with efficiency house class 40 NH and will receive the DGNB and QNG seals.
