Planfred offers clever shortcuts to make everyday work easier. Here are two tips to help you reach your goal faster:

1. browser version: “Right-click” in the plan list
There is a particularly time-saving function hidden in the Planfred lists:
Right-clicking on the respective plan in the list opens the comprehensive action menu. There you will find all the important functions at a glance - from quick download to direct editing. This saves you a detour via the details page.
2. app version: “Swipe” in the task list
The mobile Planfred app makes task management easier with swipe gestures:
Swipe to the right: Shows the “Status update” button to update tasks in seconds.
Swipe to the left: Shows the “Duplicate”, “Edit” and “Delete” options - perfect for quickly editing or customizing tasks.
