Normally, it would take a lot of time to answer these questions. In PLANFRED, it takes seconds.
Plan Review in PLANFRED
Everyone involved can request a review of plans and documents when creating or updating them – or at any later point.
Step 1: Request a review.
Simply select who should review the plan and set a deadline. Everyone involved is then notified by email.
Step 2: Approve plans
Plans under review are marked yellow in the overview. Reviewers can approve the plan with one click (then shown in green). Or they can leave a comment (marked in red). In that case, the plan goes back to the author, including the comment. The author incorporates the comments and updates the plan. Then they can approve the plan or request another review.
All review results and ongoing plan reviews are available in real time, anywhere. For a clear overview.
