Access permission by preselection
A document can be given an access permission to restrict visibility to selected stakeholders. The selection of participants can be saved so that they are available for the next document upload.

Procedure:
click on Create participant selection in the permission window
select the desired participants from the list
then enter a name for the pre-selection list in the text field above (e.g. "architects+builder")
and save
Any number of pre-selection lists can be created.
Note: Subsequent changes to an access permission group only changes the preselection for future applications, but not the access rights to existing documents!t
