New Planfred feature: Importing multiple participants into a new project
You’re starting a new construction project but the project participants remain the same – true to the motto “never change a winning team”?

With Planfred, you can now simultaneously import multiple project participants from an existing project into a new one. The new multi-import feature transfers all the relevant details, user rights and roles at the same time – saving time and effort!
This is how it works:
Click on “Import participants from other project” under “Participants” in the new project.
Select the project from which you want to import the participants.
Select the participants you want to import.
Then click on “Import settings” and determine which settings you want to import.
Write a message to the new participants (optional).
Click on “Import participants”. Done!
