How PLANFRED supported the construction of five terraced houses in Wiesbaden
In the Erbenheim district of the beautiful city of Wiesbaden, a residential project is taking shape that combines modern living comfort with sustainability: five high-quality terraced houses built to the KfW 40 standard. The goal is to create affordable housing with maximum energy efficiency—an ambition that was consistently reflected throughout the project execution.
Digital project management for sustainable construction
The demands on modern construction projects continue to grow: more complex processes, numerous stakeholders, and tight schedules. For the Wiesbaden project, it was therefore clear that a platform was needed to provide transparency and simplify day-to-day project work. The choice fell on PLANFRED, the digital project space for the construction industry.
Desmond Quincy-Jones, the project lead, draws a clear conclusion: “PLANFRED helps us shorten workflows and work in a more structured way.” Especially in collaboration with specialist planners, site management, and executing trades, it was essential to bundle all project information in a single central tool. PLANFRED enabled seamless communication and fully digital coordination of plans and documents—from the initial design through to on-site execution.
