With Planfred, communication between project participants is kept as efficient and easy as possible. This reduces the number of e-mails to a minimum.

However, in order to stay UP-TO-DATE during quiet phases of building projects, too, the new “upload notifier” has now been implemented following numerous customer requests. This involves an automatic message that is sent by e-mail in case new plans or documents are uploaded.
How do I activate or deactivate the upload notifier?
Every participant may activate their own upload notifier separately for each project as follows:
in the header area next to the upload display,
in the dedicated participant detail view
or directly in the upload notifier e-mail
