Send messages with a personalised signature
To personalise communication in Planfred even better, every user now has the option to create their own signature template.

The signature is inserted in all messages (plan/document sending and inviting participants), and it may be manually changed or deleted manually in individual cases, since it appears as a text in the message field.
The signature template may be created in 2 ways:
In the user account (top right), click the button “create signature”
In the respective message (send plan/document or invite participant) by clicking the link “create signature template”
Editing is also possible in both ways!
